We accept returns and cancellations. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Post items back within 7 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and item should be in it's original condition. If you have any issues with the product please contact us immediately.

All orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked post.

We only post to UK addresses.

If you want to send this item as a gift then put the name and address of the recipient in the postage details. There will be no invoice in the box and we will hand write your personal message (if required) on a small white card presented in a grey envelope (see picture).

We recommend burning for 3-4 hours until the top of the candle has melted. This will help with the burning characteristics of the candle and stop tunneling. Always place the candle on a heat resistant surface and away from pets and draughts.

 Some fragrances by their own characteristics can be more powerful than others. We recommend that one of our candles would be strong enough to fragrance a small to medium sized room.
